By using sandela.com.tr you agree to the terms below.
1. Scope
These terms govern the use of sandela.com.tr (the "Site"), operated by Damla Ayakkabı A.Ş. ("Sandela", "we"; İOSB Mah., Aykosan San. Sit., 7. Ada, 2. Kısım, A Blok, Başakşehir / İstanbul, Türkiye). Anyone who visits the Site or uses its forms (the "User") accepts them.
2. Order requests and when a contract is formed
- The Site takes no online payment. "Add to order request" and "Send request" are contact requests, not purchases.
- When your request reaches us, we contact you. An order becomes final only once size, price, delivery time and payment method are mutually confirmed and payment is received. Until then neither side is bound.
- If we cannot fulfil a request because of stock, production or pricing, we will tell you.
3. Prices
Prices on the Site are in Turkish lira and include VAT. Shipping is not included and is quoted when the order is confirmed. Prices may change without notice; a confirmed order keeps its confirmed price.
4. Delivery, returns and exchanges
Delivery time and conditions are given in the order confirmation. Unworn pairs in their original box, with labels, are accepted for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Worn, damaged or unboxed pairs are not accepted. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
5. Accuracy of information
The User confirms that the information given in forms is accurate and current. Sandela is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect information. Using the forms with automated tools, in bulk or for abuse is prohibited.
6. Intellectual property
All text, images, logos and designs on the Site belong to Sandela or are used under licence. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Product colors may look different depending on your screen. To the extent permitted by law, Sandela is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the Site.
8. Personal data
How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction; consumers may also apply to the consumer arbitration committees and courts where they live.
